Aakash brings with him a rich experience of over 12 years in marketing and leadership roles, along with 4 years of experience in providing natural beauty solutions like skincare, face care, body care, and perfumes. Before establishing IDAM House of Brands, Aakash held leadership positions with Square Yards consulting, PropKro, NeoSpeak, allaboutoutdoor.com, ECO Singapore, and Sky TV, among others. He has also been awarded multiple accolades such as BW Businessworld 40 under 40, Most Daring CEO 2021 by Entrepreneur India, Entrepreneur Of The Year (By Jagran), and Start-up of The Year (By Jagran).
The leadership team at IDAM is guided by Aakash, who is driven by the idea of creating leaders for tomorrow through innovation today. As a leader, he believes every brand under the IDAM House of Brands should be steered by highly-motivated copreneurs who further steer their respective brand operations like their own business ventures. Equipped with a transformational idea and his team, Aakash has built what started with just 5 people and 1 brand, into a multi-brand collective: IDAM House Of Brands. It is because of his contribution that IDAM now has several brands under it, out of which a few are conceptualised and executed in-house whereas the rest are acquired and booming. A staunch believer in natural beauty that is accessible to everyone, Aakash has made big strides in the clean beauty industry, raising $10 million in just 2.5 years. Along with that, he has also made Bella Vita Organic dip its toes into green branding, as a sustainable brand.
