Srikanth Srinivasan is the Vice President & Head – Membership & Outreach for NASSCOM. He is currently responsible for the Pan India membership engagement & growth and also manages the National SME Council. Prior to this, he was the Regional Director for the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala apart from managing other NASSCOM Special Interest Groups in Sales & Marketing and Business Excellence.

He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad and has an Advanced Diploma in Management from AIMA, New Delhi. He has also completed the Executive Program in Global Business Management (EPGBM) from IIM Calcutta. Srikanth has over 25 years of extensive experience in Sales and Business Development across multiple verticals such as BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing and IT-ITeS.

He has been actively involved in GTM and planning strategies across these industries with a track record of driving client business operations to profitability and high growth situations by providing effective solutions in Business Continuity, Productivity enhancement, eCommerce Roadmap, Infrastructure Management Services etc.

Prior to NASSCOM Srikanth was with HCL Infosystems Ltd as Regional Director – BFSI & Enterprise business and was responsible for driving the Large Account Management and Enterprise solutions & Services business for AP and Orissa.

Earlier, he was also part of the eCommerce industry in its nascent days, where, as Business Manager of Mumbai Region for Indiamarkets (an Intel Capital Company) he created one of the fastest growing and most profitable regions in the organisation.

Srikanth is a member of the Consultative committee on IT Industry in Telangana & AP which is the key decision-making body for the growth strategies of the IT-BPM Industry. He is a regular speaker at various industry forums and institutions and has twice been on the TEDx platform. He has also been conferred the Outstanding Alumni Award during the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of his Batch. He also received a Commendation for Meritorious Services in the area of Public Service Delivery from the Govt of Telangana.
